Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Customer Relations or reputation management preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and online reputation management.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple concerns.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the company’s public presence across social media, review sites, and other channels.
• Respond professionally to customer complaints, negative comments, inquiries, and concerns.
• Develop appropriate and well-composed responses to sensitive or potentially damaging feedback.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to investigate complaints and ensure appropriate resolutions.
• Escalate serious or sensitive concerns to management when necessary.
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and consistent tone in all public communications.
• Identify recurring feedback and provide recommendations to management for reputation management.
• Assist in preparing official statements and responses during sensitive situations.
• Maintain records of complaints, responses, escalations, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams for consistent communications.
• Support initiatives that promote a positive public image and customer trust.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
