Responsibilities

• Be part of Planning and Design from programming to Construction Documentation using CAD, SketchUp and Photoshop.
• Assist design teams to meet deadlines during crunch time.
• Prepare project design briefs, TORs and gather documents for project design; assist Job Captain.
• Prepare and review specifications and material intents for approval.
• Assist with design changes and obtain owner approvals.
• Organize work following project procedures and drawing standards.
• Prepare design/working drawings per established workmanship standards.
• Ensure design works and drawings are submitted on schedule.
• Monitor and review design and shop drawings submissions for compliance.
• Assist in monitoring designs in actual construction.
