Qualifications

• Professional experience in programmatic trading, analytics, or customer success/account management.
• Experience with DV360, The Trade Desk, Google Ads, Meta, or TikTok is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Filipino/Tagalog.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and lead client onboarding processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance clients’ knowledge.
• Collaborate with the sales team to grow existing accounts.
