Job summary

Dexcom Philippines seeks an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional technology initiatives across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure AI services.

You will own end-to-end AI delivery from planning through adoption, working with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time, within-scope results aligned to business objectives. A hybrid, globally oriented role with strong stakeholder management is offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional technology initiatives across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI services.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, from planning and requirements alignment through execution, deployment, and adoption.
• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, business systems analysts, engineering teams, and external implementation partners to translate requirements into delivered solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships and workstreams, ensuring accountability, delivery timelines, and alignment with Dexcom standards and expectations.
• Support Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiatives by coordinating cross-functional activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment with broader program timelines.
• Facilitate Agile delivery processes, including backlog management, sprint planning, execution tracking, and reporting using Jira/Confluence.
• Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders, including status updates, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Drive adoption and change management efforts to ensure successful rollout and utilization of AI capabilities across the organization.
• Establish and track success metrics, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business impact and continuous improvement.

This role will be responsible for driving project planning, stakeholder alignment, vendor coordination, and execution activities to support the successful delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives. This is an individual contributor Project Manager role at the experienced professional level (typically 8-12 years of relevant experience).The ideal candidate is a proactive and execution-focused program/project manager with experience delivering complex enterprise technology projects in a global environment. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, business analysts, and external partners to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Exposure to AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Power Platform, or Azure AI is preferred; however, direct experience managing AI-specific programs is not required.Key initiatives may include the development of enterprise AI capabilities such as online AI landing zones, AI catalog platforms, and Copilot-enabled solutions. The role will also support Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiatives and coordinate closely with vendor partners and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.This position is best suited for a Program/Project Manager who enjoys bringing structure, organization, and collaboration to complex initiatives.
