Job summary

Google Operations Center is hiring a Program Management Specialist in Manila. You will shape onboarding programs, provide training support, and help new hires adapt to Google culture.

You will manage global onboarding, collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Learning & Capability Development, and optimize the onboarding process across time zones. The role requires 4+ years of project management experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into effective processes;

• Upload, manage, and organize training content and enrollments in Workday Learning.
• Partner with Talent Development Program Managers to support and deliver programs.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to onboarding team members.

As a Program Management Specialist, you will have the unique opportunity to create positive and efficient learning and development experiences that set the stage for employee success. Position Responsibilities

• Manage global onboarding programs for a rapidly growing organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Talent Acquisition, HR, Learning & Capability Development, Operations, etc.) to ensure a seamless onboarding process
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance talent dev experiences
• Upload, manage, and organize training content and enrollments in Workday Learning
• Partner with Talent Development Program Managers to support and deliver programs
• Provide coaching and mentorship to onboarding team members

Minimum Qualifications

• 4 or more years of successfully managing projects or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of prioritizing customer needs and delivering exceptional experiences
• Proven experience taking abstract ideas and converting them into processes and system needs
• Strong attention to detail to manage complex work
• Schedule flexibility in order to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders across different time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting programs or events on a global scale
• 4+ years of experience rolling out cross-functional programs that affect people, processes, or technology
• Familiarity with Learning management systems or similar tools
• Experience using Google Workspace products including Docs, Slides, Gmail, Calendar, etc.
• Creative problem solver with an ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects autonomously and in an organized fashion, balancing the long-term and urgent needs of the team
• Demonstrated ability to work calmly and collaboratively in fast-paced, pressurized and ambiguous environments, maintaining good judgment and the ability to escape appropriately
