NMC CORPORATION is seeking a reliable Company Driver to join our team in Binan City, Laguna. This full-time position focuses on safely transporting goods, materials, or personnel while maintaining vehicle standards and professionalism.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, 1–2 years of professional driving experience, and a clean driving record. You will coordinate with dispatch and warehouse staff and may assist with loading activities to support logistics efficiency.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's licence appropriate for the vehicle class.
• 1–2 years of professional driving experience in logistics or commercial settings.
• Knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws.
• Excellent driving record with no major violations.
• Ability to plan routes and manage time efficiently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Physical fitness for loading/unloading tasks when required.
• Reliable, punctual and diligent in vehicle maintenance.
• Attention to detail to ensure cargo safety.
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and professionally, adhering to traffic regulations and company policies.
• Transport goods, materials, or personnel to designated locations timely and securely.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure optimal vehicle condition.
• Keep accurate mileage, fuel, delivery logs and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, and customers on schedules and issues.
• Ensure cargo is loaded, secured and unloaded safely and efficiently.
• Maintain clean, organized interior and exterior of the vehicle.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures to minimize risk.
• Report vehicle breakdowns or issues to management promptly.
• Assist with warehouse/loading activities as required.
