Job Title: Professional BI Analyst

Job Description: This role is responsible for collecting and analyzing large amounts of data to enable visualization, insights, and data-driven decision-making within the Global - Executive Reporting team. The analyst will be involved in the end-to-end lifecycle of dashboards and reports:

• Interfacing with relevant stakeholders and users to understand data flow and usage between applications.
• Supporting requirement gathering and providing consultation and solution design.
• Communicating effectively during the development phase.
• Conducting and leading UAT, troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Engaging with end-users for communication and education.

Essential Functions / Core Responsibilities:

• Implementing and managing cross-functional KPIs to deliver insights that drive business impact through data-driven decisions.
• Collaborating with Lead Business Intelligence Consultant or Supervisor to plan and deliver analysis, including root cause analysis, impact assessment, and process improvement identification.
• Packaging complex information to drive actionable insights.
• Leveraging data structures to ensure a single source of truth.
• Improving data availability by acting as a Subject Matter Expert across teams.
• Ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, and validation prior to presentation.
• Supporting business solution requirements and partnering with development teams to create reports and dashboards for various KPIs.
• Working with Subject Matter Experts to support reporting and testing for updates/improvements.
• Developing documentation for SOPs and the knowledge base, and creating playbooks.
• Promoting a culture of collaboration and breaking down silos to achieve business results.
• Maintaining confidentiality.

Candidate Profile:

• 2-4 years of experience with data analysis and preparation, handling medium to large data sets.
• Strong business and collaboration skills, responsive to operational needs.
• BPO experience and metrics knowledge preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar.
• Experience with data discovery tools such as Power BI (preferred), Qlik, Tableau, Zendesk, Salesforce.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Pivots and Macros.
• Intermediate SQL and data visualization skills, with experience in large-scale data environments.
• Ability to tell stories with data and promote data literacy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interfacing with senior leadership.
• Ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally.
• Creative and innovative thinking, with analytical and conceptual skills.
• Problem-solving skills and process improvement experience.
• A proactive approach with a sense of urgency.
• Experience working independently and results-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
