Job description

Responsibilities

• Must know weighing chemical for correct rubber calculation
• Must capable and know how to grind rubbers and / or shreds rubber
• Responsible for joining rubbers together to make it round and into a wheel/s.
• Must be responsible and know how to spray silicone on the rubber made by the tire department.
• Repair punctured tires and replace worn-out tires; pin the two joints so that the rubber will not separate while heating/cooking.
• Inspect and assess tires for damage, reject, wear and tear.
• Work on the production assembly line.
• Understanding of the mechanics of the product
• Attention to detail to build correctly and to pick-up any faults
• Physically demanding job as some lifting is required
• Be aware of Health and Safety standards; along with a high understanding of Dignity and Diversity in the workplace.
• Good personal hygiene and a tidy and appropriate dress sense uniform will be provided that you will be required to wear.
