Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for machine-set-up, machine troubleshoot, machine evaluation and process improvement.
• Generates work instructions, standard operating documents, weekly reports as well as presentation as needed.
• Gathers data, analyzes using problem solving tools and recommend corrective and preventive action to sustain the line and for continuous improvement.
• Responsible in SAP Product Confirmation to Goods Receipt of finished product.
• Participates and conduct the appropriate process audits as maybe required
• Take part in handling new product development.
• Take part in designing, installing and of new production units, monitoring modifications and upgrades and troubleshooting on existing processes.
• Monitors and take appropriate timely improvement action to meet production quality and quantity.
• Assists operator to meet the target, develop high quality product and improve their skills.
• Participates and perform process/product validation and PFMEA.
• Maintains adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering or any engineering course
• Willing to work on-site, handling instrument assembly or reagent production (cleanroom/laboratory)
• With good leadership and technical skills
• With knowledge in SAP application or related system
• Knowledgeable in using MS Office
