Job summary

Pinnacle Quality Food Inc. in Cebu (Danao City) is seeking a Production Technician to convert raw materials into finished goods on a dedicated line, using available manpower, tools, and systems. Onsite role with focus on quality and efficient operation.

The ideal candidate holds an Engineering/Technology or Food Science degree with at least 1 year in the food industry, and demonstrates computer literacy, strong communication, integrity, leadership, flexibility, resilience, and stress tolerance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering/Technology, Food Science or related field.
• At least 1 year in the food industry.

Job description

The Production Technician is responsible for the following:

• Executing conversion of raw materials into finished goods of his line using the resources allocated to him such as manpower, tools, equipment, and systems.

• Ensuring that the quality of the raw materials and finished products are within the standard specifications.

• Operating and maintaining process equipment to ensure production at optimum efficiency and standard quality.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• The candidate must be a Graduate of any Engineering/Technology, Food Science or related courses.

• At least one (1) year work experience in the food industry.

• Computer literate, good communication skills, integrity, leadership skills, Flexible, Resilient, and has a high level of tolerance to stress.

• The candidate must be willing to work in Danao City, Cebu (Full Onsite)
