Job summary

Pinnacle Quality Food Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for its Danao, Cebu location. You will convert raw materials into finished goods, ensuring quality and operating process equipment to maintain efficiency and product standards.

Requirements include a degree in Engineering/Technology or Food Science, at least 1 year in the food industry, and strong communication, leadership and stress tolerance. This is an onsite role in Danao City, Cebu.

The Manufacturing Technician Is Responsible For The Following

• Executing conversion of raw materials into finished goods of his line using the resources allocated to him such as manpower, tools, equipment, and systems.
• Ensuring that the quality of the raw materials and finished products are within the standard specifications.
• Operating and maintaining process equipment to ensure production at optimum efficiency and standard quality.

Job Qualifications

• The candidate must be a Graduate of any Engineering/Technology, Food Science or related courses.
• At least one (1) year work experience in the food industry.
• Computer literate, good communication skills, integrity, leadership skills, Flexible, Resilient, and has a high level of tolerance to stress.
• The candidate must be willing to work in Danao City, Cebu (Full Onsite)
