Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead production operators and ensure smooth daily production operations.
• Monitor production output, quality, and efficiency to meet company targets.
• Plan and assign manpower according to production requirements.
• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Troubleshoot production-related issues and coordinate with other departments for resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, production standards, quality requirements, and safety procedures.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and other required documentation.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize production delays and defects.
• Train, guide, and evaluate production team members.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, Maintenance, and other departments regarding production concerns.
• Support continuous improvement and productivity enhancement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
