Job summary

Teradyne Cebu City is seeking a Production Manager to oversee Repair Operations, drive efficiency and ensure safe, high-quality output across the department.

You will lead a team, allocate resources, onboard new members, and align goals with company targets while managing budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• BS Degree on electronics, electrical or mechanical engineering.
• At least 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in MS Apps, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
• Works well with people within and outside the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the activities in the Repair Operations.
• Monitor and evaluate team and employee performance in alignment with yearly goals.
• Identify and allocate required resources to meet production requirements.
• Provide onboarding and training for new team members.
• Establish strategic goals for the team that align with the company’s overall goals.
• Achieve financial targets by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, reviewing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Maintain quality service by upholding quality and customer service standards; identifying and resolving issues; reviewing trends; and recommending system improvements.
• Complete production plans by scheduling and assigning personnel, prioritizing tasks, monitoring progress, revising schedules, and resolving issues.
• Ensure equipment is operational and maintained according to schedule.
• Drive process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate production and strategic planning activities.
• Ensure workplace safety, effective use of company assets, and a well-maintained work environment.

Bachelor's degree in electronics, electrical or mechanical engineering
