About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at 168 Plastic Corp' in San Pedro City Laguna. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient and effective production processes to meet our business objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production teams to ensure targets and deadlines are met

• Monitor production workflows and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and productivity

• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment

• Provide training and development opportunities to production staff to upskill and enhance their capabilities

• Collaborate with other departments.

• Prepare and analyse production data and reports to inform decision-making

• Identify and resolve any production-related issues in a timely manner

• Foster a positive and engaging team culture to motivate and empower the production workforce

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment
