Job summary

AMCA Finefoods, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing activities in Rizal. You will lead a production team to achieve targets while upholding quality and safety standards, and collaborate with adjacent departments to optimize workflows.

The ideal candidate will bring 0–2 years of manufacturing experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
