Job summary

Coherent Corp. Philippines is seeking a Production Supervisor to ensure schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency on the manufacturing floor.

You will monitor machine performance, process parameters and material usage, leading a team in a fast-paced, high-precision environment. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in optics, semiconductor, or precision fabrication, with knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
