Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any course related to the food industry.

Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Production Supervisor or Coordinator.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Familiar with forecasting activities and managing bottleneck operations.
• Familiar with root cause analysis and time and motion studies.
• Experienced in the implementation of policies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Location Requirement: Willing to work in Sasa, Davao.
