Recruitify_HR Biñan, Laguna is seeking a Production Sub Leader to supervise and guide a line of operators in a Japanese manufacturing environment. You will ensure safety and quality, monitor workflow, and coordinate with departments to support daily targets.

The role requires at least a college level education and 1 year of sub-leader experience, with willingness to take on other production tasks and start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Minimum college level or graduate requested.
• At least 1 year as Sub-Leader in a Japanese manufacturing company.
• Must know how to manage more than 20 operators.
• Ability to manage people within the assembly line.
• Flexible and willing to take on other production tasks.
• Willing to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit production reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
