Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems is seeking a quality focused professional to drive problem solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will investigate production abnormalities, lead 8D reports and ensure products meet the highest standards.

You will bridge production, quality and engineering, coordinating with MRB, MES and Oracle/Camstar to sustain process stability and continuous improvement across lines.

Qualifications

• Experience with 8D methodology and containment actions.
• Strong electronics background with semiconductor assembly knowledge.
• Familiarity with manufacturing systems like Oracle CAMSTAR and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Investigate low-yield lots and perform root cause analyses using data and interviews.
• Lead 8D reporting, coordinating with groups to implement corrective actions.
• Manage disposition of affected runs with MRB and track in MES/Oracle/Camstar.
• Communicate findings to line supervisors and run weekly hold-lot updates.
• Support production and drive new systems for process stability and quality.
