Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, inspection, weighing, and documentation of nuts, ensuring quality, traceability, and accurate inventory records.
• Oversee bodega operations, including receiving, storage, and issuance of raw materials, while monitoring production targets, workforce performance, and attendance.
• Ensure product quality throughout all processing stages by enforcing quality standards, managing rejects, and coordinating corrective actions.
• Supervise paring, drying, and collection processes to optimize product quality, yield, and by-product utilization.
• Enforce GMP, workplace safety, and 6S standards through regular inspections, proper hygiene practices, and audit-ready documentation.
