Job summary

The Moment Group is seeking a Quality Control Coordinator to ensure in-process and finished product quality across production. You will verify CCPs/OPRPs, inspect materials, and document QC results while escalating deviations to QA.

This role supports GMP, HACCP, and food safety programs within a fast-paced Central Kitchen environment. Responsibilities include material inspections, sampling, retention sampling, and contributing to continuous quality improvements through RCA/CAPA activities and

Qualifications

• In-process inspections and quality checks during production.
• Verification of CCPs, OPRPs, and critical process parameters.
• Documentation and retention of QC records and batch data.
• Inspection of raw, in-process, and finished products for quality conformity.
• Reporting non-conformities and escalating to QA and production teams.
• Support GMP, HACCP, and food safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, ingredients, and packaging prior to and during use.
• Perform sampling and product inspections per batch and plan.
• Verify product attributes: weight, dimensions, appearance, temperature, seal integrity.
• Maintain retention samples and traceability documentation.
• Provide QC findings to support RCA, CAPA, and improvements.
• Coordinate with production to resolve quality issues.
