Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production Planning and Control (PPC) Staff to support daily planning and scheduling activities. This role is responsible for ensuring that production plans are well-prepared, monitored, and aligned with delivery timelines.


Key Responsibilities


  • Prepare daily production schedules and material requirement plans based on customer demand and inventory levels.

  • Monitor and track daily production output to ensure alignment with the production schedule.

  • Coordinate with key departments such as Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics to address issues affecting production timelines or material availability.

  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of production data, material consumption, and inventory levels.

  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying delays or bottlenecks and recommending actionable solutions.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related course.

  • At least 6 months of experience in Production Planning, Scheduling, or Supply Chain Management.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Good communication and coordination abilities.

  • Must be physically fit.
