Job summary

A local business consultancy in Cavite is seeking a Planning & Material Controller (PMC) Staff. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Management and at least 1-2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include planning production schedules, monitoring output, and ensuring efficient production flow. The role requires strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Offering a salary range of ₱22,000 to ₱25,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years relevant work experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO standards is an advantage.
• Professional, proactive, and capable of working under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan and plot production schedules and forecasts based on customer requirements.
• Monitor daily and hourly production output to ensure targets are achieved.
• Secure job orders, materials, machines, and operators before production runs.
• Check and oversee production flow daily to meet target delivery dates.
• Supervise and monitor operators’ attendance, performance, and target achievements.
• Prepare and issue work instructions for production lines.
