Job summary

STMicroelectronics in the Philippines (Calamba, Laguna) is seeking a Production Operator to operate machines in the assigned station and shift, following established work instructions and man-to-machine ratios.

The role includes supporting non-machine production activities, maintaining quality standards, completing transactions and logs, and reporting abnormalities. Emphasis on safety, health, environment, and housekeeping is required to ensure compliant daily operations.

Qualifications

• Operates machines in the assigned station and shift following established man to machine ratio.
• Performs basic operations as defined in the Work Instructions (WI).
• Supports and performs non machine operating production activities.
• Adheres to assigned task and schedule provided by Superior.
• Accomplishes all checklist items required preparatory to operations.
• Complies with all quality standards and procedures.
• Complies with rules and regulations on safety, health, environment, good housekeeping and security.

Responsibilities

• Completes all standard production transactions and log sheets.
• Provides inputs, reports abnormalities and suggests improvements relevant to assigned station.
• Adheres to compliance standards in completing all required documentation.
