Job summary

OPARAN PHILS OPC is seeking a Production Operator in Laguna, Calamba to operate production machinery, manage packaging and distribution of products, and maintain a clean workspace while adhering to safety and quality standards to reach daily targets.

The role involves monitoring lines, performing quality checks, reporting issues, complying with PPE regulations, and supporting the team leader with additional tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate various production equipment in accordance with product specifications to produce good products
• Monitor the production line for efficiency and speed to meet production targets
• Conduct regular quality checks on products and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality
• Report significant machinery issues or failures to supervisors to prevent downtime
• Strictly follow all health and safety regulations, including wearing the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are followed throughout the production process
• Clean and maintain the machinery and work area
• Strictly follow company rules and regulations
• Perform and assist with other tasks as directed by the Team Leader/Shift In Charge
