Job summary

Excelitas Technologies Philippines, Inc. in Laguna is seeking a production support teammate to assist the team leader in scheduled production. You will help ensure on-time output while meeting quality targets and reducing costs, with strict adherence to safety on the line.

The role requires at least a high school or vocational graduate and up to 6 months of electronics/semiconductor experience. Knowledge of assembly and test processes and a safety-minded attitude are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school or vocational graduate required.
• Minimum 6 months relevant work experience in electronics or semiconductor industries.
• Knowledge of leadframes handling, die attach, wirebond, auto optical inspection is preferred.
• Safety conscious with a positive disposition and fast learning ability.

Responsibilities

• Support the team leader in production scheduling.
• Ensure on-time production meeting quality and quantity targets at minimal cost.
• Contribute to key production metrics.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Provide labor requirements for RF5 Leak Detector assembly and LH10MK3 systems.
• Provide labor requirements for spares and kits for APAC Microwave Systems customers.
• Maintain high quality and reliability of products and volumes.
• Escalate KPIs issues to Supervisor and Engineers for resolution.

Job description

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the team leader in the implementation of all production as scheduled.

• Ensures that production meets the required quality and quantity of the products on time and at the least possible cost.

• Contribute to all required metrics.

• Ensure that safety protocols are observed and adhered to all the time.

• Provide labor requirements for the assembly and testing of RF5 Leak Detector, LC6 Conveyor Systems, Photocells and smart sensors for LH10MK3 systems.

• Provide labor requirements for the processing of spares and kits for all APAC Microwave Systems customers.

• Ensure that required products and volume are consistently met with high quality and reliability.

• Ensure also other production KPI's are consistently met. Any issue which would result to not meeting the targets should immediately be relayed to the Supervisor and Engineers for discussion and finding resolution.

Job Requirements:

• At least High School/Vocational Graduate

• Must have at least minimum of 6 months relevant work experience acquired from electronics or semicon industries.

• Preferably knowledgeable in Leadframes-handling auto die attach, wirebond and auto optical inspection machine; Modules-handling auto TFCI, auto potting and auto TFMTR.

• Versatile and fast learner; must have a positive disposition and safety conscious.

• Ensure that safety protocols are observed and adhered to all the time.
