Job summary

Teradyne in the Philippines is seeking a Material Planner to manage the global flow of service materials, forecast demand, and ensure on-time delivery while aligning inventory with SLA. The role requires collaboration with Repair Operations and cross-functional teams across the globe.

Qualified candidates will have a degree in a related field, 4–5 years of material planning experience, and strong skills in MS Office, Power BI, and AI tools. Flexibility and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial or Electronics Engineering, Statistics, Logistics, Inventory Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Preferably with 4-5 years Material Planning Experience
• Proficient MS Office applications including Power Tools (Power BI, Query etc)
• Knowledgeable in AI tools (e.g. Chatgpt, Copilot, etc)
• With high sense of urgency & can interface with the different level of positions in the organization worldwide
• Excellent communication & teamwork skills.
• Willing to work on flexible schedules as the need arises

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall flow of service materials worldwide to cater Teradyne Customers and ensure delivery targets are met.
• Review and analyze service spares requirements monthly or as needed including Last Time Buys, recommend budget changes with justification and execute on-time purchases
• Perform Demand Forecasting & Analysis
• Perform parts inventory analysis to align with SLA
• Review weekly repair schedule & perform capacity alignment with Repair Operations
• Provide RCCA report on delivery issues and other related issues
• Respond to customer inquiries through internal channels, provide timely feedback & updates, and escalate as necessary
• Work closely with global cross-functional teams on related matters
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovative projects
