Job summary

Smoothmoves, Inc. in the Philippines (Bataan) seeks an experienced Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations and drive lean initiatives.

You will manage manpower, machinery, and processes to reach quality, productivity, and delivery targets while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of managerial experience in manufacturing, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Electronics, or related).
• At least 3 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of production management, KPI analysis, process control, Lean Manufacturing, and ISO standards.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, decision-making, communication, and people management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
