Job summary

PARTS SEIKO PHILIPPINES, INC. seeks a maintenance technician to install and maintain production machines and plant facilities. You will perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs, and interpret manuals and work orders to perform maintenance services.

The role requires diagnosing problems, replacing parts, testing, and making adjustments to ensure continuous operation of equipment on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Preventive maintenance for CNC milling and lathe machines.
• Troubleshoot CNC machines, read electrical diagrams, PCB electronics, PLCs and mechanical systems.
• Willingness to follow instructions from supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant facilities.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders for maintenance.

• -Perform mechanic skills including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machine
• -Read and interpret equipment manual and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
• -Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts test and make adjustments
