Job summary

Stanley Electric Philippines Inc. is seeking a production supervisor for our Maguyam, Silang facility in Cavite. You will oversee the assembly line, ensure product quality, and drive production targets while guiding a team of production personnel.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in industrial or mechanical engineering with 1–2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in manufacturing, and is willing to work on site in Silang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial or mechanical engineering.
• At least 1-2 years of work experience on supervisory level.
• Preferably with experience in manufacturing industry (i.e. automotive industry).
• With extensive experience in production assembly and its related processes.
• Willing to assigned at Maguyam, Silang, Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Meet the required quality of products and achieve production plan.
• Supervise the production activities of production personnel on the assembly line.
• Assist in the verification and checking of all reports, status of schedules, efficiency of personnel and machines and take action if there are unsatisfactory operational results.
• Implements all procedures regarding production operation.
• Performs / responsible for trouble shooting and adjustment of machines.
• Trains personnel on production system and other activities.
• Directly responsible and has the authority to stop production should problem arise pertaining to issues related to product quality, equipment failure and other matters.
