Overall Job Purpose

Responsible for overseeing the production line operations in our siomai and siopao food production facility. To ensure that production targets are met efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards and adherence to safety protocols. To coordinate with production staff, monitor production processes, and resolve any issues that may arise during production.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in production management or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in a food production environment, with at least 2-3 years in the same capacity.
• Knowledge of production line operations, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire production staff.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing production issues.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Understanding of safety regulations and procedures in a food manufacturing environment.
