Job description

This role will bee responsible for leading the end-to-end installation of production lines and associated machinery within the plant. The role ensures all installation activities are aligned with company design standards, adhere to regulatory compliance, and are executed efficiently. This position develops and implements effective strategies to accelerate deployment, manages project timelines, sets critical milestones, and ensures progress is tracked toward successful and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and review technical designs for the installation of production lines and equipment.
  • Oversee and control the project schedule, ensuring all activities remain on track.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety and health compliance.
  • Collaborate with equipment manufacturers and vendors from multiple countries.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and global counterparts.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with equipment installation and team coordination.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve communication or technical issues with external vendors.
  • Develop strategies to resolve challenges during project execution.
  • Evaluate construction and installation plans for feasibility and compliance.
  • Manage coordination between internal departments and external partners.
  • Translate strategic plans into daily execution through hands-on project and operational oversight.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in production line or equipment installation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with greenfield project setups (preferred).
  • Project Management Certification is an advantage.
  • Must be a licensed engineer in a relevant field.
