Responsibilities

• Assisting with loading and unloading: Helping move incoming shipments off delivery trucks and packing outgoing items onto vehicles.
• Sorting and moving stock: Carrying, stacking, and placing boxes or items into designated storage areas or shelves.
• Packing and labeling support: Assisting in wrapping pallets, assembling boxes, and sticking shipping labels onto outgoing packages.
• General floor maintenance: Sweeping work areas, breaking down empty cardboard boxes, disposing of trash, and keeping aisles free of hazards.
• Inventory support: Helping count stock items during regular inventory checks under supervisor direction.
• Handling basic tools: Safely using manual hand trucks, carts, and utility knives to move goods and open shipments.
