A leading food production company is seeking a Production Supervisor to ensure efficient operations and manage production schedules. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, strong leadership skills, and experience in food safety protocols. This role requires someone adept at improving productivity and overseeing inventory management in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervises daily production operation to ensure efficient and timely production of goods.
Monitors production schedules, prescribe quantities, production sequence to meet orders on time.
Establish open communication with commissary workers with other departments and resolve issues that may arise.
Checks inventory level and ensure meeting order quantities from customers.
Analyze production data and reports to identify areas for improvement.
Propose strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
Performs other dues as stated by Commissary Manager/Management.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or any related course.
Must have at least 3-5 years solid experience in supervising production.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Must have deep knowledge in Quality Standards, Food Safety protocols and Inventory Management.
Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.) in doing production reports.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Can work in a flexible work schedule as needed.
