Job summary

Kalinisan in Carmona, Cavite, is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production floor operations, drive safety, and ensure quality and on-time delivery. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving to optimize line performance.

You will lead teams, coordinate with planning, monitor KPIs, ensure equipment uptime, train staff, and report performance to management. This is a hands-on supervision role on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience supervising in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams, supervising, training, and supporting a motivated workforce.
• Collaborate with planning to develop schedules and allocate resources for timely orders.
• Implement quality control measures and monitor deviations to maintain product standards.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed and promote a safety culture.
• Coordinate with maintenance to schedule routine equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor productivity, identify bottlenecks, and drive process improvements.
• Communicate production goals, targets, and KPIs to the team and other departments.
• Identify training needs and conduct sessions to enhance skills of the team.
• Generate regular reports on production metrics and present to management.
