Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations, preferably FMCG.
• Strong problem solving, project, resource, risk, and change management skills.
• Proficient in budgeting and expense reporting with systems thinking.
• Clear and straightforward communication, capable of stakeholder buy-in.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production targets and optimize manpower, materials, machines, and methods.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and drive compliance.
• Coordinate staffing with weekly production schedules and monitor efficiency.
• Oversee machine performance, preventive maintenance, and downtime reduction.
• Evaluate processes and implement improvements for efficiency.
• Develop and execute action plans to address manufacturing inefficiencies.
• Coordinate with Warehouse for materials to prevent production interruptions.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities by reducing scrap and rework.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering and Maintenance.
• Develop and coach direct reports, address grievances, and build future leaders.
