Job summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Graphic Designer with a strong focus on print and large-format design production. The role involves creating production-ready artwork for billboards, LED displays, pull-up and pop-up banners, trade show materials, signage, and event collateral, while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and production specifications.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, deep knowledge of print workflows, and the ability to deliver accurate designs

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally involving large-format, print, environmental, exhibit, trade show, or signage work.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, layout, typography, print production, and brand execution.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, color, and composition across digital, print, and large-format deliverables.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality visual assets for trade show booths, displays, large-format graphics, and marketing collateral.
• Ensure artwork meets brand and production requirements with correct scale, bleeds, and color setup.
• Adapt existing designs into different sizes and formats while maintaining visual consistency.
• Follow brand systems and templates across all deliverables.
• Prepare production-ready files for large-format printing and handoff to production teams.
• Maintain organized source files and project folders for efficient handoffs.
• Coordinate with account teams and creative leads to clarify project requirements and timelines.
