Production Controller

The Production Controller is a member of the Production Control Team that is responsible for controlling production of High-Quality Vehicles in the safest and most efficient way to achieve target output according to the daily Production schedule and lead time without delay.

In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in production operations through board management and system improvement.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Overseeing the production workflow to achieve superior vehicle quality, ensuring safety and optimal efficiency
• Managing and communicating any abnormalities in the production line
• Sustain line efficiency, manage estimated time of delivery of vehicles
• Manage vehicle flow both in main line and conversion line
• Implement tools & systems that will support smooth production like creating visuals, SOPs, guide, etc.
• Production attendance monitoring & offline units monitoring
• Prepare several production reports
• Line abnormality management and communication with line leaders
• Develop and implement strategic solutions to enhance system performance and productivity

• Graduate of BS Information Technology or Industrial Engineering
• Willing to extend beyond regular work hours (overtime)
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• You are capable of obtaining information and identifying key issues and relationships relevant to achieving a long-range goal or vision; committing to a course of action to accomplish a long-range goal or vision after developing alternatives based on logical assumptions, facts, available resources, constraints and organizational values.

• Proficient in M365 and MS Office Applications.

• PC Troubleshooting
• Experience in vehicle manufacturing with operation control functions
• Power BI/SAP/Track & Trace Production System
• Knowledge in RFID and barcode technology
• Has an overview in Internet of Things and other latest technology related to connectivity
