Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, has at least two years of relevant experience, and demonstrates leadership to guide personnel and optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
• Preference for candidates with supervisory/managerial experience in manufacturing/production or restaurant settings.

Responsibilities

• Set efficiency targets for each function to produce quality finished goods.
• Support and participate in the company's food safety and sanitation processes.
• Monitor quality of raw materials, in-process goods, finished goods, operational processes, and overall plant environment to comply with GMP standards.
• Oversee daily set-up and clean‑up of equipment and machineries to ensure effective and efficient operations.
• Set schedules or timetable and effectively communicate them to production teams in order to achieve volume targets and production plans.
• Effectively manage personnel to ensure that they understand and accomplish their daily tasks as well as to increase their efficiency and potential.
