Job summary

Hilton Philippines is seeking a dedicated Steward to keep our kitchen and dining areas sparkling clean and running smoothly. You will be the backbone of our culinary operations, ensuring serviceware, pots, pans, and room settings are pristine for every banquet and meal.

This full-time role offers on-site work in Pampanga, with opportunities to train teammates, uphold HACCP standards, and support event setups while delivering the warm hospitality Hilton is known for.

Qualifications

• Junior Middle School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of work experience in a 4 / to 5-star hotel preferred.
• Able to operate and maintain cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge in HACCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep serviceware spotless: Clean chinaware, silverware, and utensils; scrub pots and burnish silver.
• Monitor stock levels: Ensure supplies and equipment are well stocked and organized.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness: Perform cleaning tasks including mopping and trash removal.
• Support events delivery: Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
• Train and mentor team members: Share expertise with new stewards to strengthen team performance.
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
