Work Assignment: Applicants must be willing to work in the designated production area and comply with all safety and operational protocols.

• During Probation: A fixed allowance will be provided throughout the probationary period.
• Post-Probation Adjustment: Upon completion of the three-month probation, the allowance will be reviewed and adjusted accordingly based on performance and company standards.
