Job summary

Holcim Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Production Assistant to support technicians on the production line, ensure safe operation, and maintain cleanliness of the plant and units.

The role involves weighing additives, moving materials between areas, and assisting in quality control sampling. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma or technical/vocational certification, at least 1 year of production experience, and be willing to work in a shifting schedule at the Bicutan, Parañaque

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Weighs individual additives as specified in the daily production journal.
• Transfers pre-weighed additives from the laboratory to the additive bin area and packaging materials from storage to production area.
• Loads pre-weighed additives to additive hopper and in dumping pre-weighed kalsomine and white cement to kalsomine hopper.
• Performs manual transfer of finished goods from the belt conveyor to the assigned pallet
• Implements safety procedures in the performance of duties to achieve the objective of "zero" safety incidents.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the production area and equipment after every Operation.
• Prepares samples of raw materials deliveries and finished goods for quality control testing
• Assists the Quality Control Specialist during the conduct of daily monitoring of raw materials and monthly inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
• Assists DMX Technician in checking the conditions of all Plant's machines and components.
