Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Makati seeks a skilled Architectural BIM Coordinator to develop and maintain detailed Revit models across design and documentation. You will produce coordinated drawings and ensure accuracy in plans, sections, elevations, and details.

Collaborate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to resolve clashes, verify code compliance, and support permit submissions while upholding BIM standards, templates, and project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Professional experience in architectural production and construction documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and detailing standards.
• Experience coordinating architectural documents with engineering disciplines.
• Ability to read, interpret, and develop technical drawings with high accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple project deadlines.
• Knowledge of documentation standards, sheet setup, schedules, and annotation systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in multidisciplinary environments.
• Licensure or progress toward architectural registration is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed Revit models through design and documentation.
• Produce coordinated drawing sets including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
• Translate design concepts and markups into accurate construction documents.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and specialty consultants to resolve conflicts.
• Prepare schedules, legends, sheet layouts, and documentation packages for submissions.
• Review drawings for code compliance, constructability, and office standards.
• Support permit, tender, and construction issue documentation milestones.
• Assist in maintaining BIM standards, templates, libraries, and Revit families.
• Participate in quality control reviews and implement corrections promptly.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines, budgets, and technical requirements.
