Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Video Production Specialist who can independently handle product photography, video production, and editing for advertising, marketing, and e-commerce content.

You will plan shoots, operate cameras and lighting, edit for multiple platforms, and collaborate with marketing and sales to deliver high-quality content on deadline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant training in Multimedia Arts, Film, Advertising, Digital Media, Communications, Photography, or related field.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in video production, videography, photography and video editing.
• Experience with advertising agencies, production companies, e-commerce brands, or similar environments is preferred.
• Strong product photography and videography skills.
• Proficiency in professional video editing software listed above.
• Knowledge of Photoshop and Lightroom is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for products, campaigns, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
• Conduct professional product photography and videography, including lighting, framing, composition, and styling.
• Operate cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, tripods, gimbals, and other production equipment.
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for various platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Shopee, Lazada).
• Create engaging product demonstrations, promotional videos, reels, advertisements, and campaign materials.
• Perform video cutting, color correction, audio enhancement, transitions, captions, motion graphics, and other post-production tasks.
• Develop creative concepts and visual treatments aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, Sales, and other teams to understand campaign requirements.
• Ensure all outputs meet quality, branding, and deadline requirements.
• Organize and maintain video/photo files, project assets, raw footage, and final outputs.
