As a Product Support Receptionist you’ll have the opportunity to interact with customers of our clients and assist them on their concern by gathering details, documenting and relaying to clients. This role reports to a local Manager and due to the confidentiality of the project requires full onsite work, Tuesday to Saturday, shifting night time (starting 7PM), Manila time. This role is part of a Project Maverick and will run for six (6) months. With the 24/7 AIR support this role will not be following holidays.
