ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Product Solutions Manager to join our team. Sitting at the intersection of product, business, and technology, this role is responsible for designing and delivering tailored payment solutions for enterprise clients. The scope covers both traditional payment rails (SWIFT, acquiring, payouts, card issuance, etc.) and emerging blockchain-based payment methods such as stablecoins and digital wallets.

The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the global cross-border B2B payments industry, with the ability to integrate existing company capabilities and deliver innovative, compliant, and customer-centric solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage deeply with client business needs and design holistic payment solutions that combine traditional and blockchain/stablecoin technologies.
  • Develop end-to-end solutions across collections, payouts, liquidity management, settlement, FX, compliance, and reconciliation.
  • Partner closely with Product, Technology, Compliance, and Business Development teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Stay ahead of industry developments in cross-border payments, stablecoins, CBDCs, and Web3 fintech, applying insights to client solution design.
  • Produce solution documentation, process flows, and technical proposals to support sales engagement, RFP responses, and client presentations.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in client meetings, workshops, and industry discussions.
  • Ensure all solutions comply with global regulatory and compliance standards, including AML, KYC/KYB, sanctions screening, and data security requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related fields; Master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in product management, solutions consulting, or business analysis within payments, fintech, or banking.
  • Strong knowledge of both traditional payment infrastructure (bank transfers, acquiring, payouts, FX) and digital assets/stablecoins (e.g., USDT, USDC, on-chain settlement).
  • Proven track record of delivering B2B payment solutions for global enterprise clients.
  • Familiarity with international compliance frameworks (AML, KYC, sanctions screening) and strong awareness of cross-border business risks.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both C-level executives and technical teams.
  • Hands-on experience with API integration and system implementation is a plus.
  • Fluent in English. Proficiency in Chinese, Japanese, or Korean will be an advantage to effectively liaise with regional stakeholders and business partners.
