Job summary

White Cloak Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Product Solutions Designer/Manager to drive new product development and optimize existing offerings.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate customer needs into product requirements, and lead from concept through launch with strong project management. The role emphasizes user-centered design, wireframing, and collaboration with engineers, marketing, and QA to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical background with the ability to read source code.
• Experience in product and software development, design, or digital marketing.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and deliver successful results.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams to meet strategic objectives.
• Strong background in process and business operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage product design and development programs to successful conclusion on time and within budget.
• Good communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders in a product development program.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver new products and services, and drive improvements to existing products and services.
• Manage the product design and development team and create processes and mechanisms to enable team support.
• Serve as a key member of cross-functional product development and delivery teams, liaising with engineers, technologists, marketing, finance, and quality assurance stakeholders to drive projects forward.
• Partner with Product Owners to deepen understanding of customer needs using research, customer behavior data/analytics, A/B testing, and direct customer conversations.
• Facilitate product specifications and user stories.
• Define the customer experience through mock-ups and wireframes.
• Work with Product Owners to prioritize features and present trade-offs and risks.
• Collaborate with Technology Leads/Managers and engineers to agree on working architecture and present relative trade-offs between approaches.
• Work with Test Leads and Managers to determine edge case scenarios and proper handling on the customer side.
• Lead project management for product development programs, including creating schedules, monitoring progress against targets, and ensuring delivery from concept through specification, design, development, and launch.
• Set up stage-by-stage reviews to ensure program objectives are met as the project progresses.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the program, coordinate specialists, keep team members informed on progress, and liaise with senior management to align strategic development objectives and secure budget approval.
