Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Ortigas, Philippines, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and lead the strategy and multi-year roadmap for the Digital Infrastructure portfolio, including cloud and data center services.

You will set investment priorities aligned with corporate strategy and guide cross-functional teams toward scalable, cost-efficient offerings. The role requires 10+ years in product management or portfolio leadership within telecom, cloud, or tech infra, with strong ROI and capacity

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, portfolio leadership, or digital infrastructure services.
• Strong expertise in cloud, data center, or platform infrastructure environments.
• Experience managing B2B and/or B2C infrastructure products in telecom, cloud, or tech industries.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive portfolio-level investment decisions.
• Strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, including ROI and capacity planning.
