The Digital Infrastructure Product Manager is responsible for managing the direction and development of cloud, data center, and platform products. The role combines product strategy, portfolio management, commercial planning, and cross-functional leadership to ensure infrastructure offerings support customer needs and business objectives. The position also leads Product Managers and works with internal teams and technology partners to support the growth and sustainability of the portfolio.
Lead the strategy, roadmap, and overall direction of the digital infrastructure product portfolio covering cloud, data center, and platform solutions.
Manage portfolio investments and priorities based on business goals, customer needs, technology developments, and capacity requirements.
Identify opportunities for new products, platform enhancements, and strategic partnerships across cloud, data center, and infrastructure services.
Monitor portfolio performance, including revenue, margins, utilization, lifecycle, and commercial sustainability.
Evaluate build, buy, and partnership options for infrastructure products and services.
Work with Finance and relevant teams on business cases, pricing, ROI, and capacity economics.
Collaborate with Product, IT, Infrastructure, Operations, and Vendor Management teams to ensure product readiness, reliability, and service quality.
Lead and develop Product Managers while managing relationships with key technology partners and cloud providers.
At least 10 years of experience in product management, portfolio leadership, or digital infrastructure-related services.
Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, data centers, or platform services.
Experience managing B2B and/or B2C infrastructure products within telecom, cloud, or technology environments.
Proven experience leading product teams and making portfolio-level investment decisions.
Strong commercial and analytical skills, including experience with ROI assessment and capacity economics.
Experience working across technology, operations, and commercial functions.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into customer and commercial value.
Comfortable managing products that involve long-term investment while maintaining product agility.
