Toyota Financial Services Philippines Corporation is seeking a Product Planning Unit Officer at its Head Office in Makati to support the Product Planning Unit Head. The role involves project planning, market analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and monitoring of implementation.

You will coordinate with project teams, conduct market research, prepare progress reports, and ensure Kaizen compliance while engaging with dealer partners and internal departments.

Competenze

• Four-year degree in a business-related field (preferably Business Management).
• 3–5 years of related work experience.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in computer literacy and communication.

About the role

The Product Planning Unit Officer supports the Product Planning Unit Head in developing and managing new products focused on the mobility business and value chain products. Based at the Head Office, this role contributes to project planning, market analysis, cross-functional collaboration, implementation monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure key activities are completed.
• Conduct market and competitor research and analysis.
• Report project changes and challenges to the Product Planning Unit Head.
• Assist with research and benchmarking activities to understand current market conditions and competitor movements.
• Prepare progress reports and other documents required by the Product Planning Unit Head.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to secure support and address project concerns.
• Participate in key activities, including testing and CAL Appeals.
• Conduct or assist with training activities for internal team members and dealer partners.
• Coordinate with Toyota Motor Philippines and Toyota Mobility Solutions Philippines to support the smooth implementation of projects.
• Support the planning, development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of shared activities.
• Ensure compliance with Kaizen requirements.
